The objective was to explore requirements and generate interest in provision of a funded Business Action Plan, identifying areas of training and requirements for general assistance, for established businesses in Somerset. The additional objective was to generate penetration results for organisations who did not wish this type of assistance, aswell as to cleanse the database.

Business Link Somerset And Connecting Somerset - Telephone Leads/Referral Generation

Campaign/Objective
This campaign was delivered on behalf of Connecting Somerset, an autonomous body offering funded assistance to upgrade IT resources, and Business Link Somerset who were looking for telephone referral generation of customers interested in a funded Accelerated Growth program. Both organisations were looking for penetration results in addition.

Link had been approached by both organisations separately and took the approach that, as we were contacting the same target audience, we could work the two campaigns as one, in effect offering customers an “either/or” approach. This approach generated massive savings across the two organisations. The objectives were qualified telephone referrals for both organisations and penetration results for both organisations.
